Perry Price

President / CEO and Founder

Perry Price brings a successful sales track record with high-growth technology and Fortune 500 companies to his work with Revation Systems. In his role of president / CEO, Price builds and grows the customer base, recruits qualified talent, and streamlines internal operations. Price utilizes his deep domain expertise in IP networking and communication applications, including telephony, unified communications, call-center technologies and messaging. He and the Revation team are dedicated to providing a secure, easy-to-use communications solution to industries such as healthcare and financial services.

Price is a lifelong entrepreneur, with more than 20 years experience in the telecommunications industry. Prior to co-founding Revation Systems, Price was vice president at Aravox Technologies, a start-up voice over IP (VoIP) security company. While at Aravox, he had global responsibilities for sales and business development. He also worked with the team to evangelize Aravox’s new product with some of the world’s largest telecom companies in efforts to build a global sales force. Aravox’s intellectual property was acquired by Alcatel in 2001.

Before joining Aravox, Price was director of technology and sales development in Lucent’s (later Avaya) services-provider sales group, where he jointly developed Avaya’s sales strategy. In this capacity, he ran the data-networking group. In the course of two years, Price increased annual revenues from less than $50 million to more than $200 million through the reorganization of the corporation’s channel model. He also previously held several different sales positions, ultimately becoming the director of regional sales for AT&T’s Internetworking Group.

Mark Pietras

CTO and Founder

In his role as CTO, Mark Pietras utilizes his experience in working with high-growth technology and Fortune 500 companies to lead the strategic and technical direction of Revation Systems. Through his management of the product roadmap, the company has expanded from its original secure communications system of chat and voice options to become a unified communications solution. This secure, compliant system supports the varied industries that Revation Systems works with, including healthcare and financial services organizations of all sizes.

Pietras has dedicated his career to the communications industry, and has more than 20 years of experience in product development, architecture planning and engineering management. Prior to co-founding Revation Systems, Pietras was CTO at Aravox Technologies, a start-up voice over IP (VoIP) security company. At Aravox, he was in charge of product management and strategy, as well as the product roadmap. As the public face regarding all technology aspects of the company, he led the technology transfer when Aravox was acquired by Alcatel in 2001.

Prior to Aravox, Pietras was the senior principal architect at CopperCom Corporation. As a leader in telecommunication solutions for local exchanges, Pietras was the lead VoIP technologist at CopperCom. He was previously a senior product architect at NetSpeak Corporation, where he pioneered the development of advanced IP telephony solutions. Pietras holds 19 issued U.S. patents in multimedia and communications, many of which deal with video compression.

Mike Ducatelli

Vice President of Sales

Mike Ducatelli leads Revation’s sales organization with impressive multi-industry senior sales leadership, high growth, and turnaround track record. Mike brings over 25 years of Sales and Marketing leadership to our team. His experience in leading sales organizations is diverse, ranging from startups to large technology firms. Ducatelli has served in senior sales leadership positions for Lawson Software, PTC, and Calabrio in the past.

In his current role of Vice President of Sales for Revation, Mike provides sales leadership to accelerate revenue growth and market expansion. Ducatelli is responsible for inside, direct and channel sales in North America. Additionally, he oversees the day to day operations of Revation’s sales team. Ducatelli holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from the University of Massachusetts, as well as an MBA from RPI in Hartford, Connecticut.

Doug Weber

Director of Cloud Infrastructure & Operations

Doug Weber comes to Revation with an extensive background in software engineering. Doug first began his relationship with Revation back in 2003 as a founding partner and Services Manager when the company was initially founded.

In his current role of Director of Cloud Infrastructure & Operations, Doug’s main focus is to develop template repeatable solutions to streamline implementation difficulties that come with new customers. He is involved with both team and individual contributions towards integration planning and execution, project management, guiding product development, system testing and technical product documentation.

Weber has held numerous software engineering management positions in the past, spending a significant portion of his career as a Sr. Software Engineer with TMD Consulting, as well as a Software Engineering Manager with Aravox Technologies. Doug holds a B.S. in Computer Science (MIS) from the University of Minnesota, as well as an MBA from Bethel University.

Charlie Winship

Director of Solutions

Charlie Winship started his career in 1972 in the transportation accounting sector, working for a company that provided freight auditing and payment services to many Fortune 500 companies. He was responsible for introducing computer technology into the business in 1973, starting with one of the first commercially available mini-computer systems. Eventually he was elevated to COO and CEO/Owner until selling the business in 2002.

Winship joins the Revation team with the company’s acquisition of North Light Software in 2014. With the acquisition, Charlie has been with the team for 24 years, most recently holding the position of Director of Solutions.  As Director of Solutions at Revation, Winship’s biggest responsibility comes in leading our Tier 1 support services. Charlie is involved with all aspects of our customer service, including initial customer contact requests and routing.

Charlie holds a B.A. in English Language and Literature/Letters from the University of Illinois at Chicago.

Ron McClintic

Director, Compliance and QA

In his role of Director of Compliance and QA, Ron is responsible for directing audit preparations and guiding the company through internal and external audits. Ron serves as a liaison to external auditors while identifying and resolving compliance issues. In this position, he has most recently completed the SOC2 Type 1 audit for Revation and is currently leading the Type 2 audit. In addition to his compliance focus, McClintic is also responsible for developing, applying and maintaining quality standards for Revation’s products in the quality assurance realm.

Ron joins Revation from an extensive record of successes in the management of hardware and software development, quality assurance and regulatory compliance. Most recently, he served as a consultant for TCF Bank where he served as a Test Lead coordinating infrastructure reviews, testing and more to facilitate the launch of a service product. Prior to TCF Bank, Ron was on the Executive Management Team at Engagepoint where he directed solution testing, customer satisfaction and technical issue resolution. McClintic holds a B.S. in Mathematical Economics from Rose-Hufman Institute of Technology.

Shannon Hubler, RN

Medical Sales Director

Shannon Hubler comes to the Revation team with a comprehensive and vast knowledge base of the healthcare contact center industry. He first began his career as a Registered Nurse, working in the operating room, as well as in intensive care units. Hubler then became the Patient Placement Manager at the University of Minnesota Medical Center, where he managed the work flow of patients to ensure optimal use of resources, as well as timeliness of transfers.

Hubler has also worked extensively within the Fairview Health Services System based out of Minneapolis, MN. Hubler focused on running Fairview’s Contact Center, where he provided leadership to 50 staff in multiple different call centers. Hubler possesses tremendous skills and knowledge within the health services contact center industry, as he managed contact center operations including 24/7 clinic scheduling, nurse triage centers Physician Answering Service, and customer contact centers.

In his role as Sales Manager at Revation, his primary objective is to grow sales in the healthcare vertical. Hubler is also responsible for contact center consulting and contracting at Revation. Shannon holds a B.S. in Biology from Northeastern State University, an A.S. in Nursing from Connors State College, as well an M.A. in Organizational Leadership from the University of Saint Catherine.

Ryan Trudeau

Director of Systems Engineering

Ryan Trudeau brings extensive knowledge and experience in Information Technology to the Revation team through his numerous positions as a Business Analyst. In his role of Director of Systems Engineering, Ryan is a liaison between strategic accounts and product development. His main focus lies in designing and configuring technical solutions for new business to maintain successful implementations.

Trudeau brings a wide variety of skills to his position at Revation from previous positions as a Business Analyst. Prior to Revation, Ryan worked as a Business Systems Analyst for Green Tree Servicing, where he provided on-site application expertise to assist their user base with application problem resolution. Ryan has also held the position of SAP System Analyst with Thomson Reuters, where his main objective was to collaborate with appropriate business units, production support team members, and developers on requirements gathering, solution design, as well as the creation of production support specifications. Ryan holds a B.S. in Management Information Systems from Winona State University.

Maren Lodge

Marketing Manager

In her role as Marketing Manager, Maren is responsible for the creation of Revation’s full strategic company wide marketing plan. Lodge’s main focus with Revation is to develop and execute the marketing strategy for the company’s software products and services. She leads the measurement and enhancement of the company’s image through various marketing goals and objectives. Maren also manages the company’s daily routine marketing activities, with a focus on growing the company’s customer base within the healthcare and financial industries.

Lodge brings a variety of skills to the position. Prior to her work at Revation, Lodge worked in the financial industry, primarily in the life insurance realm. She holds her FINRA Securities license, along with Life & Health and Property & Casualty lines of insurance licenses. Maren graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.A. in English from Gustavus Adolphus College.
